Part art history lesson and part treasure hunt, antique experts from Heirloom Appraisers will tell you if your item is a valuable holiday gift or white elephant donation. Sign up to bring your heirloom for inspection, but please, no fine jewelry, firearms, stamps, or coins.
Shirley Baumann of Heirloom Appraisal & Estate Services has been an accredited and certified antique and fine art appraiser for over 20 years. She has done appraisals for many different purposes, including estate tax, insurance, charitable donation deductions, damage claims, equitable distribution of property, divorce proceedings, and others. She has been a long-running guest on the Larry Mieller radio program on Wisconsin Public Radio and a guest appraiser on the American Pickers television show.
